I’ve written video scripts, exhibition content, conferences, web content and marketing copy – for clients in the heritage, automotive, energy, retail, pharmaceuticals, telecoms and computing sectors.
I started out as a photographer, I've made videos and audio programmes, and I work regularly with 3D and 2D designers - so I've got a lot of production experience. I know how to visualise a script, or how

I love working alongside other specialists – including designers, editors, composers, directors, photographers, and programmers.
And I always put the needs of the audience first.
Negotiable, of course. I like to work on a fixed fee for a project, worked out in open discussion with my client. I’m wary of day rates: writing doesn’t work precisely like that. But if you want a starting point for the discussion, it’s £550 a day plus travel expenses.
Now all we have to do is figure out how many days it ought to take to finish the job, given a following
wind and a hold full of inspiration...
